Webinar & Support Call Series

A vital component of participation in this project is a facility's commitment to the improvement of a culture of staff hiring, training and retention and thereby improving the quality of care to their residents. Each participating facility in the project will commit to take part in project webinars and support calls. These webinars and calls will educate and support each facility’s quest to develop a sustainable workforce.

The CNA Kickstarter Series of webinars is available for everyone, including facilities not participating in the project. They are free of cost, and available on the QCHF Learning Center. Detailed instructions on how to register and view webinars can be found here

Other Resources


The CNA Training Kickstarter Project will train up to 1,000 CNAs, and assist long-term care facilities with developing up to 60 in-house CNA training programs state-wide in California.
